Kids & Babies
Be a part of shaping the next generation by engaging kids with the Gospel to help them build their faith. Work directly with children through Bible stories, songs and group activities or work behind the scenes to provide the best experience possible for kids and parents.
Production
Help create an atmosphere where people can experience the presence of God. Operate cameras, lights, screens, and sound to support the Gospel being presented on stage. You will be the driving force to helping all people everywhere hear the good news of Jesus. No experience required.
Food Pantry
Bay Shore expands the giving capacity of the church to make food more accessible in underserved communities where people with limited financial resources may not be able to access food through traditional grocery stores. This allows us to provide those in need with grocery products - including meat, produce, and baked goods.
Youth
Do you feel the Lord calling you to some sort of youth ministry—leading a youth group or taking young people on mission trips? Youth ministry is an exciting, wide-open field. When you engage with youth one on one, you become more than a teacher. This discipleship is an essential part of the ministry.
Parking Lot
We want to make the best first impression! As God positions us for growth, we want to welcome all people and make them feel special the moment they enter the property. On this team you have the opportunity to authentically communicate to our guests and those who have come to worship at Bay Shore that we’re glad to see them and offer them a high-energy welcome.
Worship
Every weekend, our church is led by talented and committed musicians who make up our campus worship teams. Across each campus, these teams serve the mission of our church by creating an atmosphere that helps people experience God’s presence in a memorable and life changing way.
Guest Services
Use your gifts of hospitality and service to welcome, inform and serve our guests from “the street to the seat.” Opportunities in this team include coffee preparation, greeting guests, manning the welcome center, and helping people find their seats as an usher.
