Thank you so much for your interest in being a part of the worship ministry at Bay Shore Community Church.

We are currently accepting applications for new team members. When serving on the worship team there are several requirements that we have. These are as follows:

Worshiper	Are you someone who has a heart and desire for worship?
Humility	Are you a person who expresses humility in the way you serve and how you interact with others?
Selflessness	Do you have a "Whatever it takes, because it's not about me" attitude?
Commitment	Are you able to devote enough time to the team and serve consistently (3 month commitment serving up to twice per month plus practice and other meetings)?
Excellence	Do you possess a high level of musical talent? (selected applicants will be invited to audition.)
Membership	Although at this point it's not required that a person on the team be a member of Bay Shore, we do want to encourage team members to move towards it.
Regular Attendance	We typically only consider applicants who have been attending services for approximately 3 months.

If you feel like you could fulfill these requirements, the next step would be to fill out an application form. The completed application will subsequently be evaluated and depending on your experience, you will be invited to audition.
