OUR PASTOR

Danny Tice is the Lead Pastor of Bay Shore Community Church. From a young age, God gave Danny a vision of church that was not content to settle into half-hearted, lukewarm, cultural Christianity. After graduating from Liberty Bible College in 1981, Danny attended the University of Delaware to obtain a Bachelor Degree in Liberal Studies, Salisbury University to get his Master’s Degree in Ancient History and eventually Liberty University to receive his Masters in Divinity Degree. In 1981Danny and Karen moved to Millsboro Delaware to start Gumboro Fellowship with a group of families committed to doing church in a unique way. Since then, Danny and Karen have welcomed two sons, Tim and Joel. Bay Shore Community church has grown into a thriving, multigenerational church impacting students and families in Sussex County and around the world.  Danny’s greatest passion is seeing people treasure Jesus Christ above every other option for their lives.
