Serving Teams
You don’t have to be a teacher to change a life! Help kids experience the Gospel in a way they’ll remember. From sharing Bible stories and leading activities to welcoming families and serving behind the scenes, every role helps create an incredible experience for our kids and their families.
Kids & Babies
Use your creativity and technology skills to help create an environment where people can experience the presence of God. Whether you’re running cameras, lights, screens, or sound, your role helps share the Gospel and make an eternal impact. No experience required—we’ll train you!
Production
You don’t have to be a professional musician to serve! Our worship teams are made up of people who simply love Jesus and want to use their gifts to serve others. Each weekend, they help create a welcoming environment where people can worship, connect, and experience God’s presence.
Worship
We partner with local communities to make nutritious food more accessible for families who may face barriers to traditional grocery options. By serving alongside this team, you’ll help provide essential grocery items including meat, fresh produce, and baked goods to our neighbors in need.
Food Pantry
Invest in the next generation! Youth ministry is about more than teaching. Youth is about building relationships that help students discover who Jesus is and grow in their faith. Whether you’re leading a small group, mentoring students one-on-one, or joining them on mission trips, you can play a meaningful role in helping young people know they are seen, loved, and valued.
Youth
Use your gifts of hospitality and service to welcome, inform and serve our guests from “the street to the seat.” Opportunities in this team include coffee preparation, greeting guests, manning the welcome center, and helping people find their seats as an usher.
Guest Services
We want to make the best first impression! As God positions us for growth, we want to welcome all people and make them feel special the moment they enter the property. On this team you have the opportunity to authentically communicate to our guests and those who have come to worship at Bay Shore that we’re glad to see them and offer them a high-energy welcome.
